I am trying to install razer surround, and when I go to install, it says please close synapse 2.0 to continue. I hit close synapse and it runs for a little while, then goes back to saying please close synapse, even though I can't see anywhere that says that it is still running. If it needes removed from my system, that is fine, because I don't use synapse, but when I go to delete the installation folder, it says that it is being used by another program and can't close. Is it open somewhere else that is preventing it from closing down? (BTW, I didn't know where to post this, but this seemed like the best place. Let me know if it should be somewhere else.)

- Shutdown your computer.
- Turn your computer back on.
- ????

I had the same issue, i suggest that you take the software with a grain of salt though due to the fact that Razer Surround is currently in version 1.00 and is still in the free stage. (Razer is keeping it free and taking donations to childs play, after a certain amount of time. All versions after that will require a payment purchase)
