It's really dependent on what you plan to use it for. Personally, the thumb placement for the stick was always very awkward for me for FPS's, and i ended up getting rid of it because i was far more comfortable with WASD
i just love it, i dont have big hands and i can reach all the bottons, and is like a right hand for me :D
