Razer Leviathan V2 not detected when connected through KVM

KVM Model:

1.4 Display Port KVM Switch - Dual Monitor - Two Computer

USB Interface (5-gigabit or 10-gigbit):

10-gigbit

Problem:

I bought Razer Leviathan v2 and I connect it to the KVM, but it’s not detected by my PC or Mac. However, when I connect directly to either PC, or Mac, or even through the docking station connected to Mac, Leviathan is instantly detected. How do I make it detected? What might be the problem?

Probably has to be plugged into the high speed blue USB ports rather than the USB-HID.

Unplug everything and allow the KVM to sit for several minutes. This clears the capacitors and e-fuse.

Plug the keyboard into one of the blue USB ports.

Plug everything else in.
