Nah that won't run it. Only a supercomputer from Germany will run it at 30fps unfortunately. Going to have to spend more than 28k.

Add a Razer Ouroboros gaming mouse, a receiver, a couple of Klipsch RF-82 tower speakers, a Klipsch SW-112 subwoofer, and a full custom water loop including an XSPC Raystorm CPU block, full cover blocks for the motherboard and video cards, two Swiftech MCP655 pumps with a dual pump top, an Alphacool NexXxos UT80 360mm radiator, an Alphacool NexXxos UT80 240mm radiator (and some velcro to mount the SSDs so you have room for the second radiator), a FrozenQ tube reservoir, Corsair SP120 Performance fans, Ice Dragon Coolant, some tubing, and some custom lighting.
Throw the SSDs and HDDs in their respective RAID 10 configurations and you're good to go for the next 5 years probably.
