Ram OC broke after updating Windows

For about the last 5 months I’ve had my Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400 ram clocked at 3200mhz at 1.37 volts stable, and I decided to install the latest Win 10 updates and now I cant get my ram to run any faster than stock speeds. Anything faster than stock causes page fault errors now, if anyone has any ideas on a fix please help. My system specs are as follows, Gigabyte Aorus x470 Ultra Gaming running the F40 bios, Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.8ghz auto voltage, 16 gigs of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400mhz 2x8, and an Asus GTX 1070 Turbo running stock.

Have you checked your registry for errors? page faults tend to come when there is something missing from physical storage
