Ram command rate question

i have corsair 32gb 16x2 sticks 3000mhz cas 15 vengeance rgb pro, should i have the command rate set to 1 or 2?? full timings are 15-17-17-35, my cpu is a ryzen 5 2600 soon to be a 3600, motherboard is a b450 tomahawk

On the ram sticks there should be a part number - I can tell you if you post what it is, but it’s most likely 1T
