Hello!
I own the following components:
- Motherboard: ASRock X670E Taichi.
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X.
- Memory: Kingston 2x32GB DDR5-5800 CL30.
- Storage: 3x Samsung 970 PRO 1TB (in RAID-0).
For a long time, I’ve heard that RAID sucks on AMD.
I’ve been using Intel for the past 19 years.
Recently, I’ve switched to AMD.
My experience with RAID on AMD’s AM5 has been great.
I’ve enabled & set the RAID-0 functionality in the BIOS.
The only extra steps that one needs to take, compared to using RAID on Intel, is to load 3 RAID drivers at the clean install of Windows (which must be stored on a FAT32 USB flash drive, or directly on the bootable Windows USB flash drive).
PS: Maybe this will help someone…
