great ideea with the cardboard.
In the begining I had my eyes on the Noctua NF-A9 (https://noctua.at/en/products/fan/nf-a9-pwm/specification) but the airflow specification is a bit smaller than the 120mm and the physical dimensions of the 92mm might not help send airflow to the right spots on the cooling plate because the center is a lot bigger than the stock fan.
The 92 mm fan would have the center right on top of the baseplate, but with 120 mm i could move the center of the fan to the side so the fan blades would blow air right on the baseplate… for better cooling, right ?
