r9 280x 460 watt power supply?

I am planning on upgrading my graphics card to a r9 280x  and currently am using a 460 watt power supply. I was sure I had to upgrade my power supply, but i used http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp to calculate this and it says that the recommended power supply is a 450 watt. I wanted to ask if this was correct because on many of the details for the 280x it says the recommended is 600-750 watt

4gbx2 ddr3 ram

1 combo dvd/cd r/w

1tb hdd 5400rpm

pci  wifi card 

4 250mm led fans

The Radeon R9-280X requires 30A and a 550W psu minimum.

I think the better question is if your specific power supply can handle it.
