I built a gaming PC two weeks ago and was looking at the MSI gaming app that came with my graphics card. I'm new to overcloking and don't want to do anything stupid and break my new graphics card so this looks great I just click gaming mode and I get more performance. However when I click gaming mode is the overclock permanent or is it just while I have the app open and is it safe to have my GPU on gaming mode all the time?
