Just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with running a Quake live server? I am running a VM on my server machine and I cannot get the damn server to load. Right now I am working on updating the distro's packages, but If anyone could give me some advice I would appreciate it. Once the server is done updating I can try to post some console messages.
I tried it out for a bit pretty much just edit the server config and put your client id as admin in the txt file and it runs like any other quake based server.
I literally just needed to update the servers files lol. I jumped into a third party server browser a second ago and found it.
