Your Active Backup For Microsoft 365 might be reporting successful backups, but it actually doesn’t backup all Microsoft365 mailbox folders.
Random users are missing random folders since Nov 25th 2024.
Contacting support appears to have solved the problem, you will receive patched, signed file to update manually. After patching I can confirm it pulled hundreds of megabytes of new data and all folders now show up for affected accounts, at least for now.

No info on when will this patch roll out to everyone, or even if it solves the problem completely.
