So I’m building a Proxmox VM Server, and everything I’ve read about Proxmox recommends using ZFS. I’ll be using 4 2TB Corsair mp600’s in a ZFS RAID10 for what should be 10GBPS theoretical before ZFS overhead. These drives have quite a high endurance of 3200TBW. But from what I’ve read ZFS tends to absolutely wreck SSD’s with writes, and I haven’t been able to find any info on how to configure ZFS and Proxmox to avoid the heavy write amplification that can happen. I greatly appreciate any recommendations, as I’ve never used Proxmox or ZFS before.
