Proxmox VM - Intel igpu Passthrough Issues

Hello, I’m getting this error every time I try and boot my VM. I’ve followed the Proxmox wiki on how to set this up along with a video guide, and I’m not really sure how to debug this form here considering the error:

Any info would be really appreciated, thank you!

Does the rom file it’s trying to load exist at “/usr/share/kvm/ultra-1-2-qemu.rom”?
