It’s Evga 1660 Super.
I opened the card to clean it and after I was done only one fan was spinning at high (not full) speed and can’t be controlled with software. When I start the pc both fans are spinning and when enter Windows the left one stops. In games when I stop the fan with hand the other fan throttle at full speed until the one I stopped starts again.
Any ideas what is the problem? Is it the fans or the gpu itself?
