This is what the issue looks like. I am unfamiliar with the software and can not actually go over to his place to fix it. So does anyone use Pro Tools? And are you familiar with this issue or how to fix it? Any help is much appreciated.
yes it is legit and he has tried reinstalling but his MDAC is version 2.7. I told him to stop the installation, download the latest version of MDAC and try reinstalling but that did not work and it came across the same MDAC 2.7 error during the second attempt of installation.
