Power consumption

Ok so my friend is building a PC and the only thing he has left to buy is a PSU. He doesn't want to SLI or anything. 

Specs- i7 [email protected], Evga Gtx 660 Ti FTW 3GB, 8GB 1600Mhz Ram and 1TB 7200Rpm HDD.

What would be the power consumption of this at Full load? I was thinking 250-280W at 100%.

there aren't any cheap qaulity PSUs for that low of a wattage that are cheap, 500w will be plenty, I'd recommend the 530w/630w version of this
