Post your Neoflex (Neofetch) here

Yeah just need to find out what I can do with 40 Threads and 192GB ram lol. I’ve been reading on Kerbinites (wrong spelling I’m sure)… could be interesting to see if it works how I envision it…or not lol

Hey me too… well, in progress…

My bare metal OpenBSD router has 10 packages installed currently. You really don’t need to add much (if anything) for that use case.

Need and want are two different beasts, @oO.o! Have you discovered the fun that is vnstat, pfstat and httpd? In case you didn’t know, you can set five minute / hourly / daily jobs in crontab to generate your vnstat graphs and push them to httpd for display.

If you have any questions or issues, feel free to start a thread or drop me message and I’ll be happy to compare configs. You’ll have fun with OpenBSD, and it won’t let you down.

Not mine. Its on an Unicamp server but still cool anyway.

As for my current machine:

There is another computer I use for other tasks so I’m not x86 free yet. =(

Yeah, appliances can be pretty specific. But main machines tend to gather packages over time

I have not gotten into reporting yet. I am using httpd but only for serving pxe config.

I may hit you up if I get stuck. Thanks!

Are you using any ansible with it?

Me three, well, in the planning phase :stuck_out_tongue:

Carefully poking at using it for Wireguard to gain some familiarity. But want to set it up through Ansible so I can keep track of the configuration. Router’s the one “toy” in the house that’ll have people screaming at me if it breaks (well ok, the same goes for the modem and the main switch, I suppose…)

I have a public /29 and patch it to the office so I can perform router experiments without disrupting the Netflix and tiktok.

Surprisingly still readily available here in the states. $30/mo I think.

No, just good old ssh, vim and hand written text files. Nothing fancy on top.

Old Dell/Windows gaming desktop, now used for Linux gaming on the slightly stale Fedora 33. Don’t hate me, but I’m also dual booting into the Windows 10 Insider Preview to play the occasional game that doesn’t like Wine, Proton or Crossover. And to see what madness M$ is brewing…
