I didn’t see an explicit baking thread, so I guess it’s OK in here?
For the first time in years I tried to bake something sweet, cookies, kinda.
It is called Svenske Chokoladebrød apparently. I have no connection to Sweden and no idea whether it turned out the way it should.

soy eggs and some kimchi make it a lot better.
marinade last a month in the fridge longer in the freezer and kimchi last about 6 months. the only thing you need fresh is eggs, also a few shitake mushrooms in the marinade make it smell and taste a lot better imo

anyone ever throw mushrooms in a slow cooker for a long time?
my onion experiment was amazing, thinking about trying mushrooms with some spices, butter, and maybe little beef broth for half a day see what happens.
Meal prep again. This time harissa turkey meatballs, roasted peppers and zucchini, whipped feta, and flatbread.

Bacon, mushrooms, Brussel sprouts and broccoli…
Shut up, if other mad people can put pineapple on pizza I should be allowed to put Brussels sprouts on it…
PS: OK, I should have roasted the brussel sprouts first. They are a bit too crunchy for my taste.
