3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup AP flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups rolled oats
1 3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 3/4 cup pecans
Mix it all up. Bake it for 20 minutes at 375F. Get happy.
I should’ve gone with Ap Nut flour or something then.

If you weren’t keto I’d say get some bread flour. Makes for a different texture and spring in carb loafs.
3-egg Spam and cheese omelette, fried in Spam grease after frying Spam. I got all fancy with it and put a little garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and red peppers in the egg mix. Almost half a can of spam and cheddar cheese slices inside. Still needs ketchup. Eggs are just so boring.
