Amazing find! I didn’t know these were possible and significantly cheaper than aquantia based M.2 to 10Gb adapters from iocrest or innodisk
Edit: i wonder if they’ll make a dual 10GB version since PCIe 3.0 x 4 can support 4GB/s, which is enough but maybe it’s a limitation of the Mini SAS cable
Interesting, but I guess aspm will not be working. Would love to see dome test if any one is brave enough to buy it ![]()
It’s a simple plug & play. i got one, paired with a mellanox c-3 for direct connection, got somewhere in the ballpark of 9Gbps throughput. not sure about aspm but it sure gives an extra option for 10G networking say on an ITX
