Possible bottlenecking?

Hey guys I am planning on buying a CPU and a graphics card (eventually 2 of them) and I need to know if these two parts would have any potential bottlenecking issues.

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K Quad-Core Proecessor LGA 1155 3.5 GHz 8 mb of cache.  $320

GPU: HIS Radeon 7870 IceQ (Heard GREAT things about this card) 2GB of DDR5 Clocked at 4800 Gbps 

Again, I plan to buy two graphics cards and run them in SLI.

No, I doubt there would be any bottlenecking. Those are both high end components. Have you thought about getting a single 680 instead of two 7970s?

Not at all. I'm planning to pick up a second 7870 for my 5820k setup as well... However with that I expect a bottleneck...
