PopOS will not boot if KVM focus not on the pc

I have the " 1.4 Display Port KVM Switch - Triple Monitor - Two Computer"

My PopOS computer will not boot properly, unless the KVM “focus” is on that computer. The two monitors are totally blank and don’t come up, if I switch focus to it AFTER the boot process.

My Windows 11 computer boots fine on its own without the KVM focus.

I can’t seem to attach the boot logs since I’m a new user, and I’m not allowed to add links. This is very annoying. The logs are pretty large too and I’m not sure which parts are relevant.

PopOS specs:

  • AMD Ryzen 5
  • ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 AM4
  • Gigabyte RAdeon RX 5700 XT 8GB

Any ideas what the issue may be?
