So I noticed about a week ago that the gnome settings app disappeared from the search and now so did the pop!_store. I’m tired and I don’t know why this is happening and why is it that microsoft only has a skype app for up to ubuntu 12.04.
By going on the applications menu you can find them? Searching visually?
Nope they’re completely gone from the applications menu as well.

I’ve rebooted a couple of times already. I think something happened while updating and now shit’s broken.
They’re still installed on the system tho?
If not you could always terminal install them:
Gnome Settings
sudo apt install gnome-control-center
Pop Shop
sudo apt install pop-desktop

ah I tried
sudo apt install gnome-settings-daemon
but gnome-control-center was indeed the right one.
and the pop-desktop was also the correct one.
