Trying to spared the word to get people to know what the fix is to their plex media issues, that the recent spike in problems is not cause by your player, but you server.
If true, let Plex know it’s nonsene.
I think the Plex fix was released long ago. I believe it was called Jellyfin 
I keep hearing that word… fair chance I’ll try it? Mostly I want to get the word out because it took a bit to get to the bottom of an most people are are blaming the player or whomever provided the dashboard the player came in on.
I’m cross positing to, with luck get the word about both the real issue (for those that do have it any how) and if it really is a shady company issue that even more.
Did you read their presser on this? They laid it on sooooo thick it was all icing and no cake, which makes the irony all the more savory.
