Long overdue is our review of the Phanteks Enthoo Primo! This case is a behemoth.
If you have a big case fetish, this case is for you. It's ample without being huge for no reason. If you are looking for a full tower that isn't unwieldy or a tower case that can easily support a no-compromises open loop liquid cooling setup, then this case is the one you've been looking for.
There are also a ton of gnarly and wicked case builds all around the internet with this case. Overclock.net has a ton of interesting builds. Check it out:
Nice to see that you are getting around to taking a look at Phanteks' gear. I wish I had Primo and could post my build log but if you ever do a review of the Enthoo Pro/Luxe I'll be sure to show off my log then
I don't have a big case fetish, but i do have a fetish for cases with exceedingly great build quality that have dust filters everywhere and are properly dust-proof. Cases that also manage to have a very functional interior that's been well thought out. If i had more dosh to dish out on a particularly higher budget build, this would be my first and only choice. Alas, for the time being i am going for the H440.
Great video Wendell, I used this case for my first custom loop build, it was really nice to work with and allowed me to use a 45mm thick 420mm raidiator in the top and a 60mm thick 280 in the bottom with no problems. Since taking the picture below I've managed to make up a graphics card support using one of the spare expansion slot covers so it now sits perfectly straight.
Different case Wendell but it is a Phanteks case. I really love the Phanteks cases now when I got mine. Love how the whole case can be stripped since it is held together by screws rather then rivets.
Hello All here in my last build.... not done yet still making the cables. Alway use Corsaire till I gave this Phanteks case a try.... Its well built with endless ways to build in it and it's very mod friendly seeing how a lot of the case is put together with screws.... Case: Phanteks Enthoo Primo Mother Board: Asus Hero VII CPU: 4790K @ 4.4 GHZ Memory: 32G Corsiar Dominator 2200 Vidio: 2 Asus GTX780 with EK FC waterblocks Storage: 2 Samsung SSD 250Gm 500G Cooling: CPU EK Evo waterblock, 2 Radiators 360 @ 40mm thick 280 @ 60mm thick. Not as tidy as some of the others, and I ran out of white tubing when I moved my reservoir (it's on order), but I'm still fairly happy with it, for now.
