What is the best amount of cores for streaming and gaming.

i plan to play DayZ and do some streaming.

i want to use either an Amd fx-4350 or fx-6300 or an intel core i3-4130

I am also going to upgrade so this will need to be the bare minimum

Fx-6300 or Fx-8320 if you can afford it will be the best.

Also maybe look into a Live Gamer HD capture card. That is if you want to get into streaming hardcore, not really needed, but coooooooooool.
