Just go to this page, scroll down to “Is My Liquid Freezer II Affected” and complete the drop down selections to see if you are affected. If you don’t feel comfortable doing it yourself, scroll down to “How to Send in Your Product for Service” and fill in those drop downs and have Arctic repair it for you.
If you’re not affected, awesome! My unit is, but it looks easy enough for me to just get the kit and do it myself. All in all, this is an amazing response from Arctic to get ahead of the issue and be fully transparent. Kudos to them.
