PC Intermittently Disconnecting USB Devices (Flight Sim)

I play DCS using a lot of USB peripherals and during gameplay my PC as a whole intermittently stutters (input as well as displays) and will disconnect and reconnect multiple USB devices. Even with 1 USB hub disconnected, devices disconnect and reconnect any time I’m sharing my screen through Discord.
I have upgraded both of my USB hubs to powered ones and that has helped the issue, but I’m still seeing issues with devices also plugged directly into my mobo.

Issues only begin after extended gameplay or when sharing screens via Discord.

Connected USB peripherals include: 16 total devices
-In Motherboard-
Corsair keyboard
2x Corsair wireless mouse
Corsair RGB mousepad
Logitech wireless keyboard

-In powered USB Hubs- (USB Hubs are connected to mobo with 6ft USB 3.0 extension cables)
Virpil throttle and joystick
Thrustmaster rudder pedals
TrackIR
-(Pictured)- Full Winwing Top Gun MIP package (3x MFD LCD screens, 3x MFD button panels, 1x F-18 UFC panel)

PC Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x
GPU: EVGA 3080ti FTW3
PSU: Corsair HX1000i
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4x16GB (64GB) @3200mhz
Storage: 2x m.2 SSD’s, 1x 2TB SSHD, 1x 2TB SATA SSD (DCS is run off an m.2)

Any input you folks have for a solution would be greatly appreciated. I’ve tried new powered USB hubs, updating firmware, etc.

Last time I had that happening, it was a grounding issue in PSU, a few mice died from that.
I also recently got a USB add-in card that required me to disable USB selective suspend in power settings.
