PC i slower on new Samsung 850 pro SSD

I have no idea what i'm looking at but I did a benchmark and got this:\

I have also done a huge list of things some of which that I can remember will be listed bellow:

Turning off other HDDs and USB ports on boot

Trying my SSD with a sata power cable instead of molex adapter

Booting with just my SSD and OD

Making sure that the SSD is in AHCI mode

Making sure that windows recovery things aren't on my other drives

And everything is still the same

The post screen is set to 3 seconds and usually (on my old and every one before it SSD) it will log into windows before the windows loading screen logo can fully appear, it'll just log in and change screens while it's still spinning round the way it does.

This is such a weird problem :/

I have also done an HD Tune test and it's all green.

Nope, it has the bios screen for 3 seconds, then sometimes a quick little CMD underscore thing and then the windows loading screen for about 30 seconds and quite often just before it gets to the log on screen it have a 2 pixel wide horizontal artifact.. but that could be nothing.

Speeds are fine.

Update all your motherboard drivers, if there is setting for full or partial usb initialization in the bios - set it to partial.
