could you recommend any PC case for threadripper pro 5000, 512gb ram and quadro 4000 (i barely use GPU, reuse from older workstation), which can facilitate at least 6x 3.5 HDD drives and have great airflow? It would be great for it to don’t be ultra expensive. Most of the air flow oriented cases I found supports only 2-3 3.5HDD drives. I also hate glass panel, instead I would prefer mesh for additional air flow.

Thanks, PHANTEKS Enthoo Pro looks good! I am doing bioinformatics, a lot of code can/have to run on single thread only and at the same time can eat a lot of ram. Also I need ton of HDDs for DNA sequencing data long storage.
I like specifically the Enthoo Pro 2 Server Edition. It’s cheap and big. You can apparently cram more HDDs than originally supported by purchasing more HDD mounting kits and drilling some holes.
I have my machine (TR 7960x, 7900xt & RTX 4000) in a Phanteks Enthoo Primo.
