I have a gtx 660ti msi pe

i'm trying to overclock this card, i'm giving it a conservative oc.(I check what most people can achiveve and reduce the clock speed and memory speed by 25%.) but when i give my card this overclock the nvidia drivers will crash while i'm gaming. This to me is wierd i usually though that when your oc on your gpu was unstable you would get artifacts and stuff like that. Can anyone give me some help ? should i just do a very very slight oc ? or is my card a really bad bin.
That is actually the card I own myself and currently running with on this machine, what are the settings your trying to put it at?
Try with the settings im using and altering them if you feel the need.
Turn your power limit to the max 114
My clock speed is +67 and memory Clock is +225. (MSI Afterburner)
i put my clock speed to 100+, memory 300+ and power to the max
and also max core voltage
Its the clock speed thats probly giving you the problems. its the Memory that you really want to have overclocked anyways. if you installed Kombustor with MSI afterburner load that after you lower your clock speed. if you see any odd lines showing up or odd glitches, your overclock its too high
yeah that's the thing i'm using those programs no lines or artifacts, but my nvidia driver crashes
