So today for the first time since I've bought my new computer, I tried overclocking my cpu. Since I have a MSI MPower Big Bang board, I just used the OC Genie button. It boosted to 4.2 Ghz and the temps stayed the same as when they were stock. I'm going to play around a little bit tomorrow to try and get it to 4.6 Ghz. I'm using an NZXT Respire T40 for CPU cooling, although it has an enermax fan on it instead of the stock fan that it came with. Does anyone have tips for overclocking? I'm pretty new to it.
