I have been using a optical sensor for along time and I want to know if optical mice are truely more accurate espicially in fps games.
Optical mice are more accurate in everything. They just track properly.
Laser sensor, on the other hand, have a lot of issues and there are no flawless laser sensors.
This may be total nonsense, but I've heard mono-colored mouse pads work better with optical mice as opposed to pads with lots going on.
Yes, opticals tend to more accurate, but lasers can track on anything, even a blanket and stuff.
