So I got an optical drive I pulled out of an old PC and the back has the only 2 cables outlets that I need. I just wanted to know if it can be compatible to use for Win 10. The front says "COMPACT DISC Rewritable", it's by light scribe, DVD MULTI RECORDER R DL", and "RW DVD + R DL".
PS- how do you put photos on threads? I want to show you guys.
If the ports on the back, have coresponding ones on your target PCs motherboard than yes.

if you upload a pic of the dives back I can say for shure if its legacy or up to date.
If its SATA then it will be fine. If its parallel then most likely not.
