I am looking to get a customer support / chat analytics / support inbox software for my agency like Intercom but I need something that is open source and that I can maybe self-host. So far I’ve found this: https://minimal.chat/ but it’s in beta and I am not sure if it’s a complete solution. Any ideas?
You are looking for some really niche software. Be glad minimal chat exist. If you want more from them, I’m afraid you may have to incentivize the devs to direct their development towards what you require with… donations.
Have a chat with their lead person, he/she/they may be just like you.
