I am a fan of HP and CyberLink’s Recovery Manager. I have used this software to factory reset multiple HP systems before. Unfortunately, it does not look like this software is available for the general public to use and own. With that being said, I am looking for alternatives, and I am wondering what you can suggest.
Edit- I have also used factory reset media that I ordered from Dell, which I also like. I actually prefer this, because it used USB, rather than disc/optical media.
