So I collect OCZ gear, just one of the companies whos parts I used growing up.
I came across a unusual OCZ SAS controller, just with a part number. After looking, and asking the seller, it took a bit before I finally found out it was part of a OCZ iBiS setup.
Kept it in my watch list and continued checking my usual sources for new/used parts…then a 720G OCZ iBiS kit appeared on eBay. Made an astronomical bid, but no one else bid, so I paid the lowest price.
Won’t ever use it, although it does function 100%, but its cool just having it in my office. I’m guessing not many of these were made, as I can barely find anything about them.
