I have a   DQ45CB MB  i would like to know if the ram in the title would work with my MB.

Yes they should be supported.

that intel desktop board supports upto 8GB of 800mhz (pc6400) ram ☺

But there are some websites says that it only surported with nvidia chipset?

That sounds strange to me, but you can find a list of supported memory on the intel site.

They are not listed here, but i personaly don´t see a reason why they should not be supported.

I agree, since OCZ hasn't placed any specific limitations on the system requirements, I don't see a reason why this wouldn't work in any DDR2 6400 compliant system.

One more question can my mb go with 6 gb of ram  like 2 sticks of 2 gb ram and 2 sticks of 1 gb ram 

but not the same  brands .

as long as the timings and voltage are the same it would normaley be possible. how ever it´s not allways a good idea to mix up rams. on older systems. but if you don´t try it, you don´t know it. at least 4GB of ram is more then 2 GB, in case it does not work together.
