NZXT Phantom 410 & Maximus V Formula

For my upcoming build, I've decided on the Asus Maxiumus V Formula motherboard and I really like the Phantom 410 case. My question is if the Formula would fit.

I know that the Formula is an E-ATX motherboard, but it's only 13mm wider than standard ATX. I'm not worried about the board covering the cable-routing holes, but I'm wondering if the case would conflict with the board at all.

Any and all suggestions would be much appreciated.

The case wasn't designed for the E-ATX like the full tower Phantom, but it will fit the E-ATX mobo's, but will cover the grommets for cables. If you dont bother with the grommets it will fit the E-ATX.
