Not enough voltage?

Hi

I haven't done much overclocking and was wondering what happens when the cpu doesn't get enough voltage? Will it just blue screen and will blue screening cause any issues?

Doesnt get enough voltage for the clockspeed you want? Yes it will BSOD. It doesnt harm anything, computers have lots of fail safes nowadays, feel like I can do whatever I want with no consiquences.
