Note: heavily borrowing from the following post that seems related but isn’t identical (kernel update did not fix my issue as it did in this post): Has anybody gotten audio working in Linux on Aorus X570 Master?
I recently installed PopOs on my system running a GIGABYTE B550 VISION D. Everything is working well except the rear/font panel audio. Pulse detects it (as seen the the screen shot below) but I get no sound output. If I swap out to to the HDMI output I get audio from my monitors (using proprietary NVIDIA drivers version 510).
Rear/font panel audio works fine in windows. Any thoughts? Thanks!
