Extract the files to your home and then use:
http://www.computerhope.com/unix/ucp.htm - use the -R to copy the folders.
Do not forget to use sudo. Also do not forget autocomplete (with tab) that the terminal has....It helps.
Also check if you have a .themes in your home first (do not forget View->show hidden files). It will be faster and you do not have to use the terminal.
