Oh, don't worry about the topic. I've been crazy busy today, but it was an interesting read to catch up on. I agree that there are risks to having a public server, but if you're prepared as an admin, and have the correct plugins/protections in place, it's a great way to grow the community and meet new people. That's just my 2 cents. It'll be interesting to see what you do with your server, and what will happen to mine as well.
