Need to chose a power supply

Im doing my first build in about a week and i plan on ordering the parts today the only problem is the power supply i was looking at http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750bnlg9 is out of stock so i need to choose a new one. the criteria is semi-modular/fully-modular, around 100 dollars and 750w atleast 80 plus bronze. the two i was looking at were http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-power-supply-hale82750m and http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx750m im open to other power supplies

Personally, I'd go with the Corsair. NZXT are good but Corsair are that little bit better. And, of course, you dont want to skimp on the power supply. The cable sleeving is really nice on Corsair power supplies too.
