What is the best motherboard for a AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition processor?

The best board for me may not be the best board for you. The main things to consider for motherboard are I/O connectivity, form factor, price, and (if you're OCing) power delivery and cooling. With that said, I believe this ASUS board strikes a nice balance.
