Well it somewhat started with an Windows Error "Inetcpl.cpl" Something along those lines.. Along with the fact that my "Windows 8" apps are corrupted (I thought it was just because my Windows needed a update). Then I noticed that Steam wasn't working correctly.. So I couldn't figure out what to do, therefore I started a full Factory Restore.. Before I was able to I restarted my computer and now it's stuck at the load screen "Scanning and repairing drive (C:): 10% complete" With the Windows logo on screen. Each time I try to reset my computer this just comes up.. I can get to my Motherboard settings.. Help Please? :/
+1 - Even if you do manage to fix it, I'd still reinstall the OS because you have no idea what other seemingly unrelated problems you could run into down the road.
Okay I finally got able to get onto the desktop and such, I want to reinstall the computer to Factory Settings.. I built this computer/dont have the windows 8 disk.. Do I need it or no?
