Need insight on budget gaming pc build

Plan on building a budget gaming pc. I believe I have everything correct, just on unsure on the ram. corsair vengence ddr3-1600, but the cpu (pentium G3258 25th anniversary edition) supports ddr3-1333. the mobo can over oc the ram, but is it able to underclock it as well?

If you bought higher frequency ram and the motherboard can't use this frequency it usually automatically falls back to the frequency it can use. It's a simple dropdown menu in the bios.

thank you for your help on that :) I plan on upgrading my cpu down the road.
