Need help: vga led(crosshair V formula)

The whole history of problem:

Last week i was playing bf3, all good, no problems at all, and then *blank* pc shuts off.The next thing I know is when I boot up is that only one (out of two) gtx 560 ti's being recognized by windows. I pop side panel off and what i see is, blinding bright red led, when i come closer to look I find out that its vga_led. When i check each card one by one I come to conclusion that they are both working great. I thought "Ok, cards are good, then whats the problem?", so I try other PCI-E slot and i find out that only one (top one) out of 4 is working! There is no signal to monitor, but I still can hear Windows start up sound!

So I have no idea what to do, someone please help D:!

Try using only one card and see if you get a signal to your monitor. Try all of the cards separately to see if they work or not. If they all work, then it might be a bad motherboard.

Yes, both cards are good. Its motherboard, its that vga led leds up every time I try other slot than first one.
