On any OC, this will always help;
Increase voltage by small increments, like .25 or so, and also bump frequency a little, like .1 or .5 or something

Any progams i should use to OC and monitor like speed fan and CPUZ etc.
core temp. It's minimalistic and shows the frequency, temp, voltage and % load on each core.

Anybody wanna give me a step by step guide / tutorial in how to do this the proper way since it is my first time and i need to OC it because of a bottle-necking issue.
No one needs to give you a step by step its fairley simple increase voltage by . X and then increase frequency by . B
Then use cpuz to monitor temps
and prime 95 to stress test
